To place an order : simply select the item you would like to purchase, the quantity, size, colour. This item will be placed in your shopping cart. When you have completed shopping, then proceed to checkout. Fill in your details so we can send the parcel to the right place and contact you about your order. This information is kept within our store, we do not onsell your details to third parties.

Shipping methods : Due to the nature of some of our items, like the wool fibre and prefelt which are light and bulky, the shipping charges are estimates. If the shipping costs for the method you have selected end up being less than the estimate, we will refund you the difference. If the items are bulky or heavier than 3 Kg, you may receive a request for payment for the increased postage. We try to fit most items into the smallest possible container to save you money, however, laws of physics must be obeyed, and sometimes it just won't fit.

Clipper couriers will only deliver to Sydney metropolitan areas.

Fastway couriers will deliver to most of Australia, but their charges vary according to how far the parcel is travelling and how large the parcel is. We can provide an estimate on request.

FOR OVERSEAS/INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING : we ship by airmail, insured and trackable where possible. The shopping cart estimate is for approx 200g of merchandise to most countries. We will refund any excess amount paid in postage.
